Hyper-v monitoring with zabbix 4+

Found a great script here

But it was created for older version so we need some tuning.

Default install folder of zabbix agent on windows changed from "zabbix_agent" to "zabbix agent".

So i forked project here.

And made a couple of changes, also added notice about zabbix agent should use active mode.
